House Calls

As of the beginning of this year, I have started making house calls. House calls are meant for patients who have become temporarily or permanently home bound, or for other good reasons can't make into the office.

I've come to realize that some home bound patients have been denying themselves of regular medical care, and often travel by ambulance to the emergency room for routine care. A lot can be done at the patient's home, the old fashion style, and I'm here to bring back some of the qualities of good old medicine.

Please be aware of the following:

• In case of a life threatening situation, call 911 immediately.
• In general, house calls are not covered by medical insurance.
• I am not part of the Medicare or Medicaid system.
